The Story Behind 29 Espresso
29 Espresso was born from a love of coffee, community, and connection.
The name “29” holds a special place in our hearts. It was the lucky number of my sister, who sadly passed away in 2024. Her memory continues to inspire everything we do and serves as a daily reminder to pursue life with passion, purpose, and kindness.
Following her passing, I decided to turn my passion for coffee culture into something meaningful. What started as a love for great coffee grew into a small business built around bringing people together. For me, coffee is more than just a drink, it’s a conversation starter, a reason to connect, and a way to create memorable experiences.
At 29 Espresso, we believe some of life’s best lessons come from being around people. Every customer, conversation, and community event is an opportunity to learn, grow, and share a moment together.
Whether we’re serving your morning coffee, catering an event, or simply sharing a chat across the counter, our goal is to deliver quality coffee with genuine, friendly service ,all while honouring the legacy behind the name.

Common Questions
How far do you travel?
We service all of Greater Sydney. For the right event, we’ll travel up to four hours from Sydney — this covers most of regional NSW including the Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, Central Coast, and Southern Highlands. A travel fee applies for locations outside the metro area, and we’ll include this clearly in your quote before you commit to anything.
How many people can you serve?
It depends on the package and how long we’re on-site. As a guide, a 1-2 hour service can cover approximately 50 serves, a 3-hour service can serve up to 100 regular-sized cups, while a 4-hour service covers around 200 serves. For larger events or festivals, get in touch for a custom package — we can accommodate high-volume requirements.
What is included?
Every booking includes espresso coffee, iced coffee, tea, hot chocolate, alternative milks (oat, almond, soy), a qualified barista, the van, all equipment, setup, and packdown. You don’t need to organise anything on your end. Additional coffees beyond your package allowance are charged at an agreed per-cup rate, which we’ll outline in your quote.
How do I book?
Fill out the enquiry form below with your event date, location, and approximate attendee count and we’ll get back to you with a quote — usually within 24 hours. You can also chat with us on WhatsApp or send a DM on Instagram if that’s easier. Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll lock in the date and follow up closer to the event to confirm logistics.
